Chocolate Bark
Hi everyone, Last week one of our friends was celebrating her 30th birthday. As we were wondering what to give to her I thought, why not different flavours of chocolate bark? Now, I've always wanted to make some and I just thought it would be fun to make! Plus, who doesn't love a homemade gift! I decided to make three flavours: Oreo Cookies S'mores Lemon/Cranberry/Roasted Coconut (my personal favourite) Making them were actually pretty easy... Prepare Ingredients (smashing cookies, roasting coconut, etc) Melt Chocolate Pour Chocolate onto Parchment Paper Throw on Ingredients (keeping aesthetics in mind) Freeze Overnight Break in Chunks I do recommend that you let your chocolate cool off before pouring it and that you use some kind of flat ice pack underneath your parchment paper...
